The Company’s activities will provide, support and encourage personal expression and the exploration of a wide range of cultures, experiences, perspectives and the world we live in.
Lessons and Workshops in Drama and Musical theatre allow pupils to develop transferable skills in leadership, communication, creativity, critical thinking and problem-solving.
The student's education will be showcased throughout the year in Annual performances and showcases. Such as Plays, Pantomimes, Community choir, Community reading & writing groups.
There will be opportunities for extracurricular certification recognised by UCAS in the form of LAMDA Examinations for Drama and Singing
The Mentoring and coaching will provide pathways to Further Education and employability.
Surplus monies will be donated to local bursary award schemes to support local students requiring financial help to further their careers and training, with the prior consent of the CIC regulator.
RADS Productions was established 2024, Rob & Carol collaborated to create a platform for students to participate in musicals & pantomimes, allowing students the skillset and knowledge to perform a professional play.

Rob Adcock is an accomplished drama teacher and director, holding a diploma with honours in Musical Theatre from the prestigious London College of Music and the coveted LAMDA Gold Award.
With a proven track record of success, Rob has taught a wide range of students, from those with special educational needs (SEN) to foundation degree level, cultivating both their talent and confidence.
As the director of Robert Adcock Drama School (RADS), Rob teaches students aged 5 to 17, achieving an exceptional 100% pass rate with merits and distinctions.
His unique teaching approach empowers young performers to develop their skills and grow their self-confidence, ensuring that every student reaches their full potential.
As a qualified early years and primary school teacher with a B.Ed Hons Primary Music degree, I have 30 years experience in teaching classical piano, flute, singing, and music theory.
I also teach musical theatre singing and performance.
I am the vocal teacher at RADS productions ( Robert Adcock Drama School ) where we put on plays and shows.
I teach people of all ages and abilities to exam standard or just for pleasure, but essentially to ensure that they enjoy their music.
Examinations are through the boards of ABRSM, TRINITY, LCME, or LAMDA. These can be taken in person or recorded digitally.
There are also opportunities to perform in private concerts, shows, and local music festivals.
